ABOUT ME
I understand the work
before I automate it.
I’m a Control Room Operator and Mapping Supervisor at Oriient, an indoor-positioning SaaS company. I started in IT and technical support, then moved deeper into automation and AI because I kept finding ways to automate my own work.
I’m currently taking the AI Integrations for Businesses course at SV College. I also have cybersecurity training and an interest in security and SOC roles, alongside a B.A. in English Literature and studies in psychology.

Operational Workflow Dashboard (Oriient)
A self-initiated dashboard I built to automate the ops team’s daily workflows. It connects our tools through APIs and webhooks, handles repetitive tasks automatically, and is now part of how the team works every day.
